Marcus Shields

Marcus has created original projects and opera productions for the Beth Morrison Projects, Catapult Opera, Cincinnati Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Curtis, Juilliard, and the Merola Opera Program with stagings of Nozze di Figaro, Tosca, Voix Humaine, and La Calisto. He has been a staff stage director at the Metropolitan Opera since 2019.
